Le film présente la dernière création de Touretteshero, Burnt Out in Biscuit Land, créé en 2023.
Le film est en anglais surtitré en français avec une audio description en anglais.
Les deux soirées sont RELAX, filmées et transmises en direct.
Le jour du spectacle, vous recevrez un mail avec un lien pour le live streaming et des documents à consulter avant l’événement. Le lien permet aux personnes dans l’impossibilité de se déplacer ou ayant un empêchement de suivre la soirée.

Burnt Out In Biscuit Land est un spectacle réalisé par des personnes en situation de handicap sur notre droit à l’existence.
Alors que le monde extérieur est en proie au chaos, depuis leur bunker apocalyptique, trois habitantes neurodivergentes sont confrontées aux questions de l’isolement, de la résistance et de la joie.
Après les spectacles Backstage in Biscuit Land et Not I de Samuel Beckett qui ont remporté un grand succès au Royaume-Uni, la compagnie Touretteshero revient avec une expérience en direct mêlant film et conversation avec l’autrice, artiste et activiste Jess Thom.
Co-fondée par Jess Thom en 2010, Touretteshero est une compagnie entièrement menée par des personnes en situation de handicap. Sa mission est de créer une société plus inclusive et socialement plus juste à travers sa pratique culturelle.

This event has different parts : the welcome, a 67-minute film followed by a meeting with Jess Thom, artist and activist, co-founder of the company Touretteshero.
The film presents Touretteshero’s latest creation, Burnt Out in Biscuit Land, created in 2023.
The film is in English with French subtitles and an English audio description.
Both evenings are RELAX, filmed and live streamed.
On the day of the show, you will receive an email with a link to the live streaming and documents to consult before the event. The link will enable you to follow the evening if you are unable to attend or are prevented from doing so.

Led by writer, artist, and activist Jess Thom, the follow-up to the smash-hit productions Backstage in Biscuit Land and Not I by Samuel Beckett is a must-see for anyone seeking an unforgettable experience.
Jess Thom is a disabled artist, writer, and activist who challenges stereotypes and misconceptions about disability through her innovative work in the arts. As someone with Tourette’s syndrome, Thom uses her art to promote greater understanding and inclusion of disabled people. She co-founded Touretteshero in 2010, a project that celebrates the creativity and humor of Tourette’s syndrome. Through her powerful voice and advocacy work, Thom inspires audiences worldwide and is an influential figure in the disability rights movement.
